Salted Caramel Layer Bars

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

1 package of Wackym's Kitchen Salted Caramel cookies
1 stick of unsalted butter (1/4 pound)
11 oz of dark chocolate chips
11 oz of butterscotch chips
2 c toasted pecan pieces
2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Crush cookies in a food processor. Melt butter in a 9 x 13" pan. Stir into cookie crumbs and mash to bottom of pan with the bottom of a double old-fashioned glass.

Sprinkle in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut in layers over the crust. Warm condensed milk in a hot water bath and spread over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until nicely browned.
