1. Chocolate Chip with Hatch is a delightful surprise

   I dare you to eat just one. After your first bite of this cookie, you’ll find yourself wanting more. And more. In fact, I just ordered four more boxes and I’ll probably not stop there. Yesterday my husband suggested we break up a couple of cookies and stir them into ice cream. Wow, instant classic, the contrasting flavors end up complementing each other. Now I’m motivated to try using them in recipes! So good.

   We always get quality flavor, packaging and delivery. As a gift, these cookies really fulfill every expectation. I mostly buy the same ones every time. Lemon, Salted Caramel, Maple Pecan and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip. I would love to buy more flavors, but cannot tolerate the spicy ones. How about oatmeal chocolate chip, plain Snickerdoodle or pecan shortbread?

4. Best Bought Cookies Ever

   I bake all the time and these are the best cookies I have ever bought. Found them at Jimmy's Italian Food Store and when I do not get there I order them online. Very reasonable to order. I have only tried the Margarita and Lemon but am going to try others. I give them as presents and all our family and friends are now buying and loving them.
   
   They do not last long in my house and there are only two of us. Great with coffee and tea every morning and as a late night snack!!!

5. Hatch Chile Coconut Lime: perfect blend of sweet and spicy

   The BEST cookies ever. The spice hits you immediately, the sweet rushes into your mouth as you bite into it and blends with the delightful heat. Chewy yet crisp, flavorful and delicious. The ideal size, meaning you can eat MORE. Many more. I ordered some for my best friend who lives in New Mexico, where they fully appreciate Hatch!

6. Wonderful as a gift for others (or ourselves!)

   Very happy repeat customer here! Absolutely delicious. Wackym's Kitchen cookies and shortbread always make my short list when I'm trying to think what to send as a gift to a friend in another state, to order when we're having guests, or when we just are craving something sweet. They have so many wonderful flavors of cookies and shortbread, and everyone I know that I've sent this way have LOVED what they got. The Cherry Oatmeal Walnut makes it into every order, and I especially love the Cherry Lemon season variety! The prices cannot be beat, the cookies are really well packaged and last a long time, and Paul's recipes are superb.

7. SUPERB! SUBLIME! SPECTACULAR!

   I ordered cookies for me, my best friend and my brother. Everyone raved about the cookies I already knew about!
   All are good, some are better than others, but none will disappoint. My personal favorite is the Caramel Sea Salt. I eat them with a frozen dark chocolate almond from Aldis. That way, I get a dark chocolate, almond, and caramel sea salt cookie! Feel free to steal my idea - just let me know when their available!

8. Flavorful crunchy cookies

   We tried 4 flavors
   Chocolate Snicker Doodles with spice
   Margarita
   Lemon
   Salted Caramel
   All were delicious, but the Salted Caramel and the Chocolate Snicker Doodles were by far my favorites.
   The touches of salt and spice added to traditional bakes makes all of the difference! AMAZING!

   I am a baker and don’t buy cookies .. but had some on vacation and had to order!

10. Once You Try Them, You'll Be In Love!

    My first purchase in a market led me to find them online. I quickly began ordering them. I've tried many flavors; but my favorites are the Lemon and Salted Caramel. The first thing you notice is how crunchy they are then the intense flavors. And for 30 calories per cookie, you can enjoy one or two still feeling like you've gotten a real treat.
